The Managing Director of the company (Mr. Jahangir Alam Patwary) is a Civil engineer graduated from BUET in 1976 and have more than 28 years of experience with 15 years in real estate sector as Director for construction, procurement, IT section, Customer service and maintenance departments in various organizations. He completed more than 70 apartments & commercial complexes. He hold important position as chief engineer in a German company in Iraq Railway project, as Team Leader in EPC for RD # 07(Flood) World Bank Financed project, as Director (Construction) in BTI and as Director (Engineering & Construction) in AMFL. He has good academic background with all first class in all public and Engineering examination. He is experienced on structure, building, roads & bridges & human resource management. He has training on CPM, personal Management, ISO Audits etc. He has some valuable papers in his credit. Under his guidance the company will be able to achieve its cherished objective, vision & commitment. 

The Chairman of the Central Builders & Architects limited, Mr. Sohel Ahmed graduated with honors in the "Department of Accounting & business information system" of university of Dhaka and also completed his Masters from the same University. He has completed his C.A (c.c) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also been the Chairman & Managing Director of a 100% export oriented textile mills since 1984 which is more than 21 years in real Global business scenario. He has vast experiences on the international export business and practically involve in the modern corporate management system. His vast knowledge in field of corporate MIS will enrich our in time initiative in construction & engineering business of the company. 

Executive of various departments have in their credit past experiences in real estates are the worth of the organization, true professionals, target achievers and determined to be the worth for the valued customers.
