How It Works:

We receive dictations from digital dictation system and also from PC based dictation systems. Most of our clients record dictations in hand held portable digital recorder and downloads the audio files to our secured server through very user friendly methods.

We have our own secured ftp server to upload the digital audio files by using softwares provided by us. Addition to that, most of the current digital recorder has built in system to upload the digital files to ftp server automatically with out the need of any extra softwares. We provide every client with a secured ftp account with a personal password.

The process:

We accept audio files from Olympus, Philips or Lanier handheld machines formats. We also accept PC based audio in WAV, MP3 and Microsoft Sound formats.
